The agreement

By buying from NourishPress you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not complete the purchase.

What you are buying

A licence to read a digital file, not ownership of the work. The licence is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. You may read the file on your own devices and print a copy for personal use.

What you may not do

Resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, or reproduce the file for anyone else. Removing watermarks or circumventing access controls ends the licence immediately, without refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken by our payment provider at the moment of purchase. Promotional prices apply only while shown.

Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate. Your download link is shown on screen and sent by email. Links stay valid for 12 months and work on up to five devices.

No medical advice

Our books are educational. They are not medical advice and do not replace consultation with a qualified professional. Speak to your doctor before changing your diet if you are pregnant, taking medication, or managing a diagnosed condition.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the book in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the seller's country of establishment, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
