Who we are

NourishPress is a digital publisher selling downloadable ebooks. For data protection purposes we are the data controller. Write to support@nourishpress.com with any question about this policy.

What we collect

When you buy a book: your name, email address, country, and the order itself. Card details are entered on our payment provider's encrypted form and are never sent to or stored on our servers.

When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address only.

When you contact support: whatever you put in the message.

When you visit: anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics with no cross-site tracking and no advertising pixels.

Why we use it

To deliver the file you bought, to send the receipt and download link, to answer support requests, to handle refunds, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter emails are sent only with your consent and stop the moment you unsubscribe.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Support threads are deleted after 24 months.

Who else sees it

Only the processors we need to run the shop: a payment provider, an email delivery service, and a file hosting provider. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone else.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email support@nourishpress.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
