Refund policy

The short version

If a book is not what you expected, email support@nourishpress.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you can keep the file.

How to request one

Email us from the address you bought with, or reply directly to your receipt. Include the order reference if you have it. We do not ask you to prove anything.

How long it takes

Refunds are approved within one working day and appear on your statement within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Digital withdrawal rights

EU consumers normally waive the 14-day withdrawal right when a download starts immediately, and you confirm that at checkout. This policy gives the 14 days back to you voluntarily, on top of your statutory rights.

Bundles

Bundles are refunded as a whole, not book by book.

Fair use

Repeated buy-and-refund patterns on the same account may be declined. This is rare and we will always explain it if it happens.
